Panna cotta is always a very delicious dessert, attractive and easy to make.

In this video, I will show you how to make a smooth, cool, soft and creamy panna cotta with passion fruit flavour.

In addition, in this video, I also make a yogurt panna cotta recipe without using whipping cream, just need yogurt and milk. It's low-fat and has probiotics from yogurt, so it's basically good for health. This recipe I used to make back in Viet Nam with cheap and easy-to-find ingredients, without using measuring tools.

For those who are not familiar with gelatine, I also share in the video how to use both gelatine leaf and gelatine powder.

INGREDIENTS:

BASIC PANNA COTTA
250ml whole milk
250ml whipping cream or heavy cream
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract, optional

PASSION FRUIT JELLY
200ml passion fruit juice obtained from 6 passion fruits
80g (5 tbsp) sugar
4 - 5g gelatine

HEALTHY YOGURT PANNA COTTA
200ml whole milk or whipping cream/heavy cream
300ml plain yogurt
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
6 - 8g gelatine
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract, optional

YOGURT PANNA COTTA WITHOUT MEASURING TOOLS
1 milk bag (200ml)
3 cups of yogurt (100g)
2 spoons of sugar
2 small spoons of gelatine
1 small spoons of vanilla extract
