This falls in situated in Ganalu Village, malavalli taluk. This place is approximately 100 Kms away from Bengaluru.
You will have to go through a 3 km treacherous road to see this nature's beauty.
This is shimsha river before it goes and joins Kaveri near shivanasamudra

This place is best visited between August and October every year. Monsoon in Hassan and nearby villages brings water into shimsha river which then flows this way to join Kaveri.
