Hello darling bakers! I just wanna share 3 of my best dinner roll recipes. Perfect on your table for holidays and special occasions.

BUTTERSOFT BUNS:
1 tbsp sugar 10g
2 tsp active dry yeast 6g
1 cup milk 237ml (please use warm milk, evap, or fresh or UHT milk)
½ cup unsalted butter (110g)
1 large egg
3½ cup all purpose flour (437g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 tbsp oil for bowl
Eggwash
1 egg and 1 tbsp milk

GARLIC DINNER ROLLS:
3 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour (400g)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 cup milk (250ml) Lukewarm
1 large egg
1/4 cup butter (55g)
1 tbsp minced garlic

GARLIC BUTTER:
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp dried parsley
1/3 cup melted butter (salted) (55g)

HONEYSOFT BUNS:
1 cup fresh or long life milk (250ml) (room temp to lukewarm)
1 egg
3 tbsp honey (45g)
2 and ¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)
3 cup all purpose flour (375g)
2 tbsp sugar (30g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/3 cup softened butter (70g) (unsalted)

Eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk

WHAT MAKES A BREAD DENSE AND HEAVY IN TEXTURE?
-Not kneading the dough properly.
-The flour could have too low protein content.
-There could be too much salt in the recipe.
-You did not proof it enough.
-You could have killed the yeast by leaving the dough
to rise in a place that was too hot.
-Expired yeast.
