Today I'm making apple and rhubarb crumble. One of my most favourite ingredients to cook with is rhubarb. I love any dessert with rhubarb in it and today I am making my best recipe of apple and rhubarb crumble. You can eat this dessert all year around and is the perfect end to a dinner or just as a treat. Apple and rhubarb crumble is best served with either cream, ice cream or custard and you can have it hot or cold.

INGREDIENTS

CRUMBLE
• 500g flour
• 300g butter (soft)
• 150g sugar
FILLING
• 500g rhubarb
• 4 apples
• 250g sugar
• 50g butter
