Dry Chili Fried Chicken Ingredients:

1 inch ginger
1/2 chicken
1 tbsp rice flour
7 dried chilies
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Chicken curry spice
1 holland onion
2 stalks of curry leaves
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sweet Soy sauce
Salt to taste
