For this recipe I used tagliatelle but you can use the type of pasta you prefer. In a few minutes and with a few simple ingredients you will prepare a simple and very tasty pasta!
Ingredients:
- 300 g of pasta (tagliatelle)
- 2 aubergines
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 300 ml of tomato puree
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- Olive oil
- 20 g of parmesan
- Parsley
