Cara memasak dan resepi Nasi Beringin Muar Johor

NASI BERINGIN MUAR JOHOR (bersama resepi kari ayam, acar timun nenas & sambal tumis udang)
TOGETHER WITH OTHER 3 RECIPES: MALAYSIAN CURRY CHICKEN, MALAY CUCUMBER AND PINEAPPLE SALAD & MALAYSIAN PRAWNS CHILLI FRIED.

Bahan-bahan masakan (Cooking ingredients):
Resepi untuk 4 orang makan (for 4 people)

A. Nasi Beringin:

-4 cawan basmati (4 cup Basmathi) -rendam 1 jam (soaked for 1 hour)
-1 cwn beras bersamaan 1 1/2 can santan bercampur sedikit air (1 cup rice : 1 1/2 cup coconut milk)
-3 sudu makan Minyak Ghee ( 3 tbs Ghee butter)
-2 sudu teh esen pandan berwarna hijau (1 tsp Pandan essence)
-2 inci kayu manis (2” cinnamon stick)
-4 buah pelaga (4 cardamon bulbs)
-2 bunga lawang (2 ansie star)
-1 cengkih (1 clove)
-Garam secukup rasa (Salt to taste)

-Spices: (Rempah)
-1/2 tsp corriander powder (1 Sudu teh serbuk ketumbar)
-1/2 tsp white cumin (1/2 sudu teh jintan manis)
- 1/2 tsp sweet cumin (1/2 sudu teh jintan manis)
-if you don't have them, you can substitute with 'Kurma curry powder' (Sekiranya tiada rempah di atas, anda juga boleh menggunakan rempah kari kurma).

-Bahan kisar (to be blended ingredients):

-1 batang serai (1 lemongrass)
-2 bawang putih (2 garlic)
-1/2 inci halia (1/2” ginger)
-13 bawang bemar (1/3 onion)

B. Kari Ayam (Malaysian Chicken curry):

-1 ekor ayam (1 whole cut chicken) potong (cut)
-2 kentang, 1 karot & tomato (2 potatoes, 1 carrot & tomatoes) potong (cut)
-Garam (salt to taste)
-4 sudu makan rempah kari ayam (4 tbs curry powder for chicken)
Bahan kisar (ingredients to be blended)
-1/2 bawang besar (1/2 onion)
-3 bawang putih (3 garlic)
-1 inci halia (1” ginger)

Bahan tumisan (ingredients to saute’):
-1/2 bawang besar dihiris (1/3 onion / sliced)
-2 bawang putih dihiris ( 2 garlic sliced)
-2 inci kayu manis, 4 buah pelaga, 1 cengkih & 2 bunga lawang (2” cinnamon stick, 4 cardamon bulbs, 2 aniseed star & 1 clove)
-1 asam keping secukup rasa (1 small sour dried fruit or to taste)

C. Sambal Tumis Udang (Malaysian Prawn Chilli fried):

-15-20 udang basah (15-20 Tiger prawns/Shrimps)
-1/2 mangkuk cili kisar (1/2 bowl chilli oelek)
-garam secukup rasa (salt to taste)
-1 1/2 sudu teh bellman (1 1/2 belacan/dried shrimp paste)
-1 kiub sto Maggi (1 Maggi cube stock)

Bahan kisar (ingredients to be blended):
-1/3 bawang besar (1/3 onion)
-2 bawang putih (2 garlic)
1/2 inci halia (1/2 “ ginger)
-sedikit asam keping (dried sour fruit to taste or 1/2 tsp lemon juice)

D. Acar timun nenas (cucumber and pineapple salad)
-nenas dipotong (cut of pineapple)
-timun dipotong (cut of cucumber)
-lada merah dihiris (slices of red chillies)
-sedikit hirisan bawang besar (slices of onion)
-salt and sugar to taste
PREPARATION TIPS: THE THREEE FLAVOURS HAVE TO BE BALANCED with
-1 kotak (200ml) santan (1 carton (200ml) coconut milk
-2 stok kiub Maggi (1 stock maggi cubes)
-3 sudu makan cili kisar (3 tbs chilli oelek)
