#Nutritious Besan Chila recipe! Here's a refined version with
*Ingredients:
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili paste (or to taste)
- Chopped curry leaves (5-6)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup capsicum (bell pepper), finely chopped

Instructions:
1. Mix besan, water, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric, chili paste, and curry leaves to form a smooth batter.
2. Add chopped onion, tomato, carrot, cabbage, and capsicum. Mix well.
3. Heat a non-stick pan with oil or ghee.
4. Pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly.
5. Cook until edges start to curl (2-3 minutes).
6. Flip and cook the other side (1-2 minutes).
7. Serve hot with chutney, raita, or salsa.
