Tú, vos, usted, ustedes, vosotros: all these Spanish words mean “YOU”.
What is the difference between them? Which ones are more formal? Is there any difference between Latin American Spanish and Spanish from Spain? Do people get offended if we use the wrong pronoun?

A simple sentence like “You live” could be translated as “Tú vives”, “Vos vivís”, “Usted vive”, “Ustedes viven” or “Vosotros vivís”.
