With a break out performance at the 2022 Commonwealth Championships, Karlina Tongotea set a new standard in the 76kg division with a 600kg total, and took a last minute spot at Sheffield 2023 with a wildcard invitation.

Now with her first world championship title, Tongotea returns with an automatic invite and plans to push her total to a level that will be untouchable.
