*Ingredients*

Beef - 1kg ( গরুর মাংস - ১ কেজি )
Chinigura Rice - 1kg ( চিনিগুড়া চাল - ১কেজি )
Warm Water - 1.5ltr ( গরম পানি - ১.৫ লিটার )
Milk - 1 Cup ( দুধ - ১ কাপ )
Cinnamon - 3pc ( দারুচিনি - ৩ টুকরো )
Cardamom - 8pc ( এলাচ - ৮ টি )
Mace - 3pc ( জয়ত্রি - ৩ টি )
Nutmeg - 1/2pc ( জয়ফল - ১/২ টি )
Garlic Paste - 2tbsp ( আদা বাটা - ২ টেবিল চামচ )
Ginger Paste - 2tbsp ( রসুন বাটা - ২ টেবিল চামচ )
Yogurt - 3tbsp ( টক দই - ৩ টেবিল চামচ )
Soybean Oil - 250gm ( সয়াবিন তেল - ২৫০ গ্রাম )
Chopped Onion - 1 Cup ( পেঁয়াজ কুঁচি - ১ কাপ )
Green Chili - approx. 10-15pc ( কাঁচা মরিচ - ১০-১৫টি )
Salt to Taste ( স্বাদমতো লবণ )
