Hello and welcome to my brand new weekly Vlog.

I've recently traveled parts of Europe on my own and done video diaries as Ive gone...however, whilst im editing all of that footage (yes there is so so much and it's pretty special!) I will be uploading my weekly recorded video diaries now that I'm home. I'm a little behind with the uploading so expect more than one a week to be uploaded until I'm all caught up and on schedule :)

My future videos will always be focused on health, but a lot will have an element of travel, lifestyle and exploring thrown in too! This is my introduction diary to explain all of this and more!
