These Beer Baked Chicken Thighs are incredibly tender, juicy and perfectly browned. The chicken meat is generously seasoned and baked until it gets a brown and crispy crust and the inside is so well cooked that it falls off the bone. This recipe will conquer you from the first try!

📌 Ingredients

3-4 chicken legs
300 ml of beer
1 dry onion
4-5 cloves of garlic
30 g of butter
1 teaspoon paprika
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 teaspoon dried garlic
1 teaspoon peppercorns
3-4 rosemary sprigs
salt and ground pepper (to taste)

🔪 Preparation

Put all the dry spices in a bowl: salt, ground pepper, paprika, garlic powder and chilli flakes. Sprinkle the spices over the thighs on both sides and massage a little.
Grease a pan with a little butter and place the seasoned meat here. Place a few small cubes of cold butter on each leg.
Place the quartered onion, garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs in the pan. Sprinkle with grated lemon peel and pour the beer.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After the 40 minutes, remove the aluminum foil. With a spoon, spoon the sauce over the thighs in the pan and put the pan back in the oven for another 15 minutes to brown the thighs. In the last 5 minutes I also started the grill.
Remove the pan from the oven, let the meat rest for 10 minutes, then it's only good to serve with your favorite side dish and salad.
