The third break light /cargo light can be found by searching "LED Third 3rd Brake Light Black For 99-16 Ford F250 F350" on ebay, there are lots of them, remember you have to modify the cab or the light to get this to work on an OBS style truck, its for the newer models but wasn't hard to make fit the OBS
