I won't fry mackerel anymore! I make this recipe almost every weekend! Incredibly tasty.
This mackerel fish recipe is super easy and quick to make! Few people cook mackerel like this! One serving will not be enough. Cooking recipe and ingredients:

2 fish (mackerel).
Cut off the fins.
Cut off the head and tail.
Clean the insides.
Cut into medium pieces.
Salt.
Ground black pepper.
1 teaspoon dried basil.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
50 ml vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
4 potatoes.
Rinse with cold water.
Chop some spring onions.
120 grams of ham.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
4 eggs.
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
Cover with cling film to keep it from airing.
Add whites.
Salt.
Black pepper.
2 tablespoons flour.
Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Add egg yolk.
Flip the pancakes and fry for another 2 minutes.
If you like runny yolks, try this cooking method :)).
Mmm... delicious 😋.
Prepare 2 cans of 0.7 liters each.
Cut 1 onion.
Place half of the chopped onion at the bottom of the jar.
We put marinated mackerel in jars.
Grate 1 medium carrot.
Add the rest of the onion.
4 lemon slices.
Cover with foil.
We send it to the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180°C.
It turned out very tasty.
