PHUKET THAILAND - This is Must Eat Thai Food In Phuket. If you love Thailand's famous noodle soup, khao soi, you are going to love this version in Phuket. It is one of the best khao soi I have eaten in Thailand and it is unique because it comes with stewed pork leg instead of chicken or beef. I haven't seen khao soi served like this anywhere else on my travels in Thailand. The restaurant is located in between Phuket Old Town and Patong beach, you will need a car or a taxi to get there, but the journey and effort is worth it. Thai food doesn't get better than this.
