Vegetable Tomato sauce Fried Rice is one- meal dish. We can make this rice within half an hour. If you have some vegetables and tomato sauce it is very easy to prepare.  If it is made from Brown Rice, people suffering from diabetes can also eat this rice.   It is a real bonanza when guests come without notice and this recipe will make them happy without putting much burden on the house lady.

** साहित्य : Ingredients:
1) 2 कप राइस | 2 Cup rice
2) 4 बारीक चिरलेले कांदे | 4 medium size chopped onion
3) 4 बारीक चिरलेले टोमॅटो | 4 chopped tomato
4) 500 ग्रॅम बारीक चिरलेला कोबी | 500 gram chopped cabbage.
5) थोडी बारीक चिरलेली ढोबळी मिरची | Some chopped capcicum.
6) 1 कप हिरवा मटार | 1 cup green peas.
7) थोडेसे गाजर | Some carrot
8) 7-8 हिरवी मिरची पेस्ट | 7-8 green chilli paste.
9) 2 टेबलस्पून आलं लसूण पेस्ट | 2 tablespoon garlic ginger paste.
10) चवीनुसार मीठ | salt
11) 2-3 टेबलस्पून बटर | 2-3 tablespoon butter
12) 1 टेबलस्पून जिरं | 1 tablespoon cumin seeds.
13) 1 टेबलस्पून लाल तिखट | 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
14) 1 टेबलस्पून ब्याडगी मिरची पावडर | 1 tablespoon Byadgi Chilli Powder
15)   थोडी कोथिंबीर | Some coriander.

** Method :
• First take rice of your choice of quality, wash it well and put aside for 1 hour.
• Take one big pot and add 3 cups of water.  Boil it for about 80% and turn the gas off.  Leave it for 5 minutes and then pour it in a sieve.  Remove all water from the rice.
• Take one kadhai, add one teablespoon butter and two or three tablespoons of oil.  Heat it up and put cumin seeds and chopped onion.  Fry it till its colour becomes brown.
• Add chopped cabbage, fry it a little bit and  then add carrot, cover it and cook it for 5 minutes.
• Then add capsicum, green peas, fry it and cover it for 5 minutes.Then add chopped tomato and fry it again.
• Add tomato sauce, green chilli paste, garlic ginger paste, byadgi chilli powder, red chilli powder, and mix it well.
• Add all the rice from the sieve. Mix it well and add some salt. Cover it for 5 minutes. Then add one tablespoon of butter and cover it.
• Vegetable tomato sauce Fried Rice is ready to serve.
