Recipe 1

A glass of oatmeal.
100 almonds.
Cook in a frying pan.
4 tablespoons of oatmeal.
1 teaspoon. Cordamom, salt.
Instead of salt you can also use sweetener!
3 tablespoons olive oil.
We pour water in parts,
to achieve this order.
Leave to work for 15 minutes.
Ginger 50 grams.
The dough has become denser.
There are two ways to create cookies:
1 - Roll out with a rolling pin,
2 – Use of the form.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C/356 °F.
Let's prepare the filling for the crackers. 1 avocado.
Half a cucumber.
Basil.
1 tablespoon sour cream or natural yoghurt.

Recipe 2
65 grams of oat flakes.
80 grams almond flour + 20 grams coconut flour.
Baking powder 1 tsp, cinnamon 1/2 tsp, sweetener.
Walnuts with dried cranberries 70 grams.
Butter 50 grams.
Melt in the microwave.
1 egg.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Recipe 3
1 cup (200 ml) rye flour.
1 cup (200 ml) coconut flakes.
1 cup (200 ml) rolled oats.
1 tablespoon psyllium husk.
You can add salt or sweetener!
I want to bake sweet cookies today.
Peel of 1 orange.
Melt 150 grams of butter until liquid.
2 teaspoons of baking powder. Add 20 ml of water.
Add butter and baking powder to the flour mixture.
Stir until this consistency is reached.
Form cookies at least 1 cm thick.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C!
