In my part of the world we are seeing the restrictions from the pandemic being lifted. For many of us experiencing this, the shift back to the way things were is a welcome occurrence. For others, it is that uneasy moment of having to decide... Are we going to make the changes we have now realized we need to make? Is this the opportunity to start something new?

For as many people who can't wait to dive back into the way things were, there are just as many looking to keep the changes they made to their life and not go back to how it was. Call it an awakening, a realization or just finally seeing the alternative - For many, the forced changes that occurred due to the pandemic made them reevaluate their priorities. And now, on the other side of it all, the reality has set in - Where do we go from here?
