Cooking recipe and ingredients:

1 egg.
40 g sugar.
Mix well with a whisk.
250 ml warm milk.
8 g dry yeast.
Mix well to dissolve the yeast.
Cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 5 minutes.
Mix again.
40 ml vegetable oil.
Mix.
Sift 550 g flour (all-purpose).
1 teaspoon salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Sift another 100 g flour (all-purpose).
Mix by hand.
Mix until smooth.
Form one large ball.
The dough turned out medium soft.
Grease the bowl with oil.
Cover with cling film.
Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes.
The dough has doubled in volume.
Release the accumulated gases.
Knead the dough until soft and form a ball.
Divide into 2 parts.
Divide into 5 more parts.
Form each piece into a ball.
Divide the second part into 5 parts.
Make meringues.
Cover with a towel and leave on the work surface for 20 minutes.
20 minutes later.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video (20-25 cm).
Turn over and roll out several times.
Cut into 12 triangles.
Fold them as I do.
Roll up.
Open the edges.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
I will show you once again how to make roses.
Repeat the same procedure with each piece of dough.

Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 30 ml milk.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C/365°F for 25-30 minutes.
Oh my, they are so beautiful!
Let them cool down a bit.
The buns came out soft and very tender!
