Welcome to Day FOUR of my Free 7-Day CORE Challenge, focusing on Isometric Core Holds.

Workout Breakdown:
6 exercises
Hold 1 minute each

This challenge is designed to build, strengthen and stabilize your entire 360 core. Each workout is only 10-20 minutes, hence lots of dynamic movements with very minimal breaks to get your sweat in. We would get your core fired up through high repetitions, circuit-style training and isometric holds. After 7 days, you would feel the difference and perform better in all of your workouts on and off the mat.
