We are ALL about the BUILD!!! 💪 This is a 40 minute heavy lift day, hypertrophy session for muscular strength and definition! Our structure today includes 3 full body circuits with 4 exercises in each circuit repeating 3 times through in a vertical loading format. The exercises will include isolation and compound moves as well as core training throughout- without a single situp!

I am so excited that we get to train together today! There is just something so awesome about getting strong!

40 MINUTE FULL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 50lbs / 4.5-22.6kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Pick a weight that will challenge you for the entire 45 seconds of work, but is very challenging for the last 10-15 seconds.

VERTICAL LOAD FORMAT
WORK: 45 SECONDS REST: 20 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN ROUNDS: 30 SECONDS
