We have a full body, no repeat strength workout to target the upper body and lower body! We have a total of 8 rounds. In each round, there will be 3 exercises to target the same muscle group! We will completely burn out each muscle group before moving on! The work timer will be set for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest between each exercise and 30 seconds of rest between each round!

You will only need your dumbbells for this workout! Aim to lift moderately heavy to heavy to maximize our 30 minutes together! If you'd like to add wrist weights for the upper body exercises that is an option too! I will also be using my bench for the chest/triceps round and glutes! These exercises can be done on the floor though!

Here is a list of exercises for each round!

1. SHOULDER PRESS | NARROW PRESS | LATERAL RAISE
2. BENT OVER ROW | REVERSE GRIP ROW | SCAPULAR RETRACTORS
3. BICEP CURLS | HAMMER CURLS | CROSS BODY CURLS
4. CHEST PRESS | NARROW CHEST PRESS | PUSH UPS
5. GLUTE BRIDGE | SUMO GLUTE BRIDGE | LONG LEVER GLUTE BRIDGE
6. KICKSTAND RDL | STAGGERED SQUAT | LOW REAR LEG LIFT
7. SWITCH SIDES FROM EXERCISES IN ROUND 6
8. SQUAT | SUMO SQUAT | NARROW GOBLET SQUAT

Triset training is such a fun and effective way to build muscular definition!!! Today's workout has 6 trisets to work both your upper and lower body! You will only need your dumbbells for this workout. Aim to lift moderately heavy for the exercises to aim for the hypertrophy effect in this strength session! We will work through both compound and isolation exercises in this full body workout!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Dumbbells! Aim to lift moderately heavy for each exercise, this will help you maximize muscular definition! The weight you use will be relative to you. I will use a range between 10-20 lbs (4.5-9kg)!
I will be using my exercise bench for some of the exercises, but all of those exercises can be done on your mat! I need a little extra assistance at 39 weeks pregnant!
