GUAVA AND CHEESE BREAD
Ingredients
550 grams all-purpose flour plus 1 additional cup
7 grams of yeast (1 tablespoon)
2 tablespoons of sugar
30 milliliters of olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
200 g of warm water
200 g of warm milk
1 egg
1/2 cup of milk to glaze
Olive oil

Preparation
1. Warm the milk and water.
2. I added the 10 grams of yeast and the sugar. Mix well with a whisk to integrate the ingredients. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into a large, deep container. Beat again for a few seconds. Add the 30 ml of olive oil. Mix.
4. Add and mix the salt into the flour.
5. Add the flour little by little to the liquid.
6. Knead with your hands for 3 minutes.
7. When the dough takes shape. Pour a little oil on the surface. Knead for five more minutes.
8. Form the dough into a ball. Place the dough closures side down.
9. Grease the container and place the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel. Let rest for 60 minutes or until doubled in size. Place in a warm place.
10. After 60 minutes, remove the plastic from the dough. With your fist, release the gases from the dough.
11. Stretch the edges of the dough and bring them to the center. Take the dough out of the container and put it on the table. Knead for a minute. Roll the edges of the dough back toward the center and form into a ball.
12. Cut the dough into two halves.
13. and the two halves in 3 pieces each. Bowling. Let rest 5 minutes.
14. With your fingers push and stretch the dough. With the kneader, roll out the dough until it forms a rectangle.

16. Place the breads in a cake pan. Cover and let sit for 30 more minutes.
17. While you wait, Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C.
18. Add the egg to the half cup of milk. Beat and varnish the breads.
19. Bake loaves for 25 minutes to 30 minutes or internal temperature of 190°F/87°C
20. Remove from the oven and air for a few minutes on a rack before consuming.
