this is a competition to see which offensive circle can score first.
3-4 offensive players around the outside of each circle. 1 defensive player inside each circle. The offensive players use deception, head fakes, look away passes, etc, to give false info & mislead the defensive player to create offensive opportunities...
Offensive players must move the puck quickly to each other and attempt to score as fast as possible.
The defensive player tries to defend the middle & break up passes & shots... if they gain control of the puck, they can rag it or shoot it out and across the blue line for 2 points.
