2023 was the fifth year for the Hockey Together Program. The camp was run by the Korea Ice Hockey Association (KIHA), in cooperation with the Ministry of Sports & Culture of Korea and Korean Olympic Committee (KOC), and cooperation with the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) and the NOC partners in Daegu in the Southern part of Korea. The camp took place in Daegu's August 7-14, 2023.

This years camp included specific tracks for Learn To Play Coaches & National Team Coaches. The IIHF also ran a separate MNA Developers program. The LTP program included ~36 players (U10), 12 coaches and one instructor. The National Team Coaches program included 88 players (U16), 17 coaches and two instructors.
In total, 124 Korean players, 29 coaches and 3 instructors from 15 different nations, ranging from Korea to Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Serbia, India, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, China, Croatia, Ukraine, USA, Turkey & Mexico.
