But the journey wasn't without its share of unexpected twists. Twice on our return, we found ourselves in challenging situations. The ferry ride became a memorable experience when it got stuck in the sea sand due to low tide, presenting us with an unexpected delay and an opportunity to witness the island's unique challenges up close. Moreover, the train journey home had its own set of surprises, with the train getting stuck 2 to 3 times between Kakdwip Railway Station and Park Circus Railway Station.
