🧑🍳COOKING DIRECTIONS
[Making easy and fail-proof paella🥘]
Cooking time: 30 minutes
■Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
・Rice (unwashed)…2 cups
・Onion…1 piece
・Garlic…2 cloves
・Asparagus…5 to 6 pieces
・Paprika (red)…1/2 piece
・Princess tomatoes…5 to 6 pieces
・Pack clams…1 bag (100-150g)
・Shrimp…6-8 pieces
・Parsley (roughly chopped)…appropriate amount
・Salt and pepper…appropriate amount
・Sake…enough to cover half of the shrimp in the vat
・Olive oil…appropriate amount
・Lemon…1/2 piece
★Soup
・Hot water or cold water…360ml
・Granule consommé…2 tablespoons
・Saffron (or turmeric if you don’t have it)…1 pinch (appropriate amount)
■How to make
①Remove the deveining from the shrimp, place on a tray, sprinkle with salt, soak in sake, and leave in the refrigerator for a while.
(Soaking overnight will further remove the odor)
②Prepare the soup in advance by putting the consommé granules, saffron, and hot water in a measuring cup.
③Finely chop the onions and garlic, cut the asparagus into 1/3 pieces, finely chop the paprika, and remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
④Pour olive oil into a pot or frying pan and fry the onions and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
⑤Add 2 cups of unwashed rice (unwashed rice) and stir-fry until translucent. (As a guide, about 4 to 5 minutes on low heat)
⑥Pour the prepared ★soup into the pot, mix, and then add toppings such as shrimp and vegetables.
⑦Add the packed clams along with the soup stock, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer over low heat for about 13 minutes.
⑧After confirming that the shrimp and vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and let them simmer for about 10 minutes. Top with parsley and a squeeze of lemon cut into half moons.
*Please check that there are no cores left in the rice.
*You can substitute lemon juice if you like.
