🧑‍🍳COOKING DIRECTIONS
[Arab poached egg, shakshuka]
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
■Ingredients (for 2 people)
Olive oil…appropriate amount
Garlic…2 to 3 cloves
Onion…1/2 piece
Green pepper…1 piece
Salt...a little bit
Red chili pepper…a little
Cumin powder…1 teaspoon
Coriander powder…1 teaspoon
Canned tomatoes…1 can
Eggs…2 pieces
Chopped parsley…to your liking
Baguette or other bread of your choice...your choice

■How to make
① Finely chop the garlic, onion, and bell pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry until tender
② Add salt, red chili pepper, cumin powder, and coriander powder.

③Once the spices are mixed, add all the canned tomatoes and simmer while making sure to crush the tomatoes.
④When it comes to a boil, crack two eggs, cover the pot, and simmer until the whites change color.
☆If you transfer it to a plate while the yolk color does not change, it will be more beautifully presented.
⑤ Arrange the baguette etc. on the plate as you like and it's done.

[Herb chicken and new potato stew]
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
■Ingredients (for 2 people)
New potatoes…10 small
Chicken thighs…2 pieces
Rosemary…2 pieces
Salt…2-3 teaspoons
Pepper...a little
Tube garlic…1 teaspoon
Olive oil…2 teaspoons
Lemon juice…2 teaspoons
White wine (optional)…2 teaspoons
☆Vinegar or lemon juice for lotus root…appropriate amount

■How to make
① Wash the new potatoes, peel them with a peeler, cut them in half, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Cut the lotus roots into bite-sized pieces, then add them to a bowl of water and vinegar or lemon juice.
After removing the scum (so it doesn't turn black), drain the water and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
② Place the chicken thighs on a bat, poke holes in them with a fork, rub the garlic into the chicken thighs, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
③ Heat olive oil in a stove (or a pot) over medium heat, then fry until the skin of the chicken thighs is golden brown.
☆Since the fat tends to splatter, we recommend using an oil screen when grilling.

■Ingredients (for 2 people)
New onions…2 pieces
Bacon…5 pieces
Olive oil…1 tablespoon
Granular consommé…1 tablespoon
Water…500ml

■How to make
① Peel a new onion and make a 10 o'clock cut about halfway deep so that the flavor absorbs easily.
② Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
③ Arrange the onions, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 3 to 4 minutes.
☆Be careful not to overcook as the onions may get crushed.
④Pour olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon until browned.
⑤Add heated onions, water, granulated consommé, and pepper and warm for about 10 minutes.
⑥ Adjust the taste with salt to your desired salty taste.
