I was in need of a larger powder coating oven for larger parts. I looked at old residential ovens, but someone thought they were made of gold and it was just as cheap to build my own. Sure it won't work as nice as a professional oven sold for a grand (can't leave it run for too long because of heat transfer with the use of combustible materials), but it works for what I need.
