So, this is a list that we came up with for the control box. Let me know if there is anything else you need, like other parts or just questions about the build and we will be happy to help you on your build!

Now these are all name-branded parts that our buddy, who is an electrical engineer recommended to us when we built our oven years ago. But, I'm sure you can find other brands that are cheaper. Just because we built this forever ago, some of these parts you can buy are either certified refurbished or you have to contact the company to order them. I did go on eBay and found some used ones.

Allen Bradley 1487-B-BASX-0-N transformer
Fenwal 923 Temperature Controller
Bussmann 2 Pole Power Distribution Block
Type K Thermocouple

Also it is a 240v single phase.
