Ovulation Inducing Drugs जिससे Ovulogens भी कहते हैं। यह ज्यादतर PCOD और PCOS में दी जाती है।

Letrozole पहले Breast Cancer के ईलाज के लिए इस्तमाल होती थी। यह Medicine Body का Estrogen Level कम करती है। लेकिन कई Research में यह पता चला के यह अंडे को Healthy रखने में मदद करती है। इसलिए अब इसका Fertility में istemal होने लगा।

02:00 Fertility के लिया Letrozole का Dose
Letrozole periods के 3 दिन बाद से दी जाती है। यह दवाई 2.5g की available होती है। इसका dose 3-7 days तक होता है। कभी यह 1 time दी जाती है कभी 2 या फ़िर 3 जैसे Doctor की सलाह हो। कई cases में उससे सिफ रात को लेने कहते ही। और कुछ में यह काफी लम्बे समय तक लेनी पड़ सकती है।

इसके Side Effect काफी Minor होते है। कभी Nausea या Vomiting हो सकती हैं। Headache होना, Breast pain होना। बहुत rare cases में Hot Flashes और धुंधला दिखाई देना।
