Prolactin को Milk Hormone भी कहते हैं। Breastfeeding के लिए इस hormone का होना बहुत जरुरी होता है। जिससे Lactation अच्छे से होता है। यह Hormone से Milk Production अच्छा होता है और यह Breast Development में भी मदद करता है।

01:20 Prolactin Hormone कैसे बनता है?
यह Hormone Brain में होने वाली Gland से बनता है। उस ग्रंथि को Pituitary कहते हैं। Pituitary Gland में Prolactin के साथ Fertility के दुसरे Hormones भी बनते है। Prolactin अपने साथ के FSH और LH जैसे hormone के Production को Disbalance कर देता है।

1. Thyroid Disturbance में बढ़ता है।
2. किसी medication से भी होता है जैसे Depression या Anxiety के Medication से।
3. Acidity medicine से।
4. Stress से भी बढ़ता है।
5. कभी कभी Pituitary Gland में Microadenoma में छोटे छोटे गटन होने से भी Prolactin Hormone बढ़ जाता है।

04:22 Prolactin Hormone बढ़ने से Complications
Breast से Discharge आना शूरू होता है। Infertility की समस्या हो सकती है। Periods Irregular या रुक जाते हैं। Headaches और Blur नजर आना और यदी pituitary gland में Prolactin Hormone ज्यादा हो जाता है तो Minor Brain Tumor होने के भी Chances होते है।

Blood में Prolactin की मंत्र की जांच करे। इसके आलावा Thyroid की मंत्र। Brain की MRI की Study करना जरूरी है।
