While offshore searching for mahi mahi we came across a group of birds that looked like tuna birds 🦅 Tuna birds, especially skipjack tuna birds, tend to move fast and are tough to keep up with. Once on the birds and in the action we were glad to see these weren't just any birds, they were skipjack tuna birds! In this video we go from the water, to the fillet table and into the kitchen with our delicious tuna meat! RECIPE:
Marinate for 30 minutes

Marinade:
1 cup teriyaki sauce
3/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbs minced garlic (8 cloves)
1 tsp ground black pepper
4 (4 ounce) tuna fillets

Grill:
Grill at medium to high heat (375-400 degrees)
2 minutes per side (8 minutes total) for cooked all the way through!
