Patterns of Play Passing Exercise

Phase 1 - The ball starts with the player passing from the white marker to the red marker, and then down to the player on the low yellow marker. The ball then goes around the exercise to the top and then out wide to the wide yellow marker, with a 1-2 back to the beginning to complete the sequence. Repeat the exercise in the opposite direction.

Phase 2 - This phase begins the same with a pass to the player on the red marker and then down to the low yellow marker but this time the pass goes straight up to the top of the exercise, set back to the wide right player and then across the width of the exercise to the wide left player who finishes the exercise with a 1-2 before returning the ball to the beginning of the exercise. repeat the exercise in the opposite direction.
