INGREDIENTS:
3 potatoes.
A piece of butter, oil for frying.
Roasted golden brown.

3 chicken eggs.
3 sprigs of green onions.
2 tomatoes.
70g cheese.
80-100 g sour cream or natural yogurt.
Salt and pepper.

Fry under the lid over low heat for 10 minutes.
Turn over to the other side and fry for another 3 minutes.
