4-5 potatoes, 1 onion.
Grate on a fine grater.
Squeeze out the juice.

Add starch from potato juice.
Mix well.
4-5 sprigs of green onions.
150 g cheese, green onions, salt to taste.
A piece of butter, oil for frying.
Fry until golden brown on three sides.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

For the sauce: 1 onion.

150 g mushrooms.
Salt and pepper.
Fry until golden brown, at the end add 100 g of sour cream.
