This is a step by step showing you how to cook all the condiments for your trini doubles. This video shows you how to make Tamarind sauce the way I like it. This is a guide line for you so you can alter to how you want it to taste. This will show you how to make cucumber chutney which the combo with your Chana and hot pepper sauce are just a marriage made in heaven on your doubles. Like I said this isn’t a traditional recipe I’m going by how I like mine. Hope you enjoy
Ingredients:
Cucumber chutney:
Cucumber
Scotch bonnet
Coriander (aka cilantro, shadon beni)
Garlic
Salt
Tamarind sauce:
Sweet/normal fresh tamarind (I use sweet)
Water salt
