* Hard boiled eggs (amount per preference)
* African yams (amount per preference)
* Ripened plantains (amount per preference)
* Garnish dip with optional julienned jalapeño pepper, onion, and chopped tomatoes
* Add avocado for extra creaminess, nutrition and garnish
