Ingredients:

• 1 packet of fresh puff pastry (275 g)
• 6 slices of ham
• 6 tablespoons of hollandaise sauce
• 1 egg
• 150 g grated cheese

For cooking the asparagus:
• 500 g green asparagus
• 1 liter of water
• 1 tablespoon of salt
