NEW MONTH NEW GOALS TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL BECAUSE WE ARE STARTING A WELLNESS CHALLENGE!
rules/guidelines:
-no processed sugar + primarily whole foods (85/15 rule)
-1-2 bottles of water a day (roughly half a gallon)
-daily movement (5 lifts + 2 runs for me)
-morning journaling with intentions, gratitude, and affirmations
-10-15k steps a day
-10 pages of a book a day!
remember the goal of this challenge isn't to be perfect every day. it is to be consistent and show up for yourself. hold yourself to a standard and show yourself that you can do hard things!! we are in this together!!
