Using prescribed burning to clean up and manage my forest land. Using a controlled burn or broadcast burn can be one of the easiest ways to clean up a forest. It can also be dangerous. I am attempting a prescribed burn, but in this case it failed. Some of the slash being cleaned up came from thinning the forest to promote forest health.
