Another auspicious Thai dessert Khanom Tom is an old traditional sweet that is made of boiled rice flour dumplings stuffed with shredded coconut melted with palm sugar and coconut milk and rolled in more shredded coconut to become a pretty ball of coconut goodness.
Inside stuffing:
230g Shredded coconut
180g coconut sugar
3Tbsp Coconut water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Wrapper (Ratio 1 colour (need 3 colour):
100g sticky rice flour
20 grams of Coconut milk
water
Coconut meat for mixing
100 grams coconut meat
1/4 teaspoon salt
