Hi... this time I made Thailand dessert called Kanom Piak Poon. I make it by adjusting to the available ingredients. Usually it uses coconut sugar, but I modify it using granulated sugar and palm sugar. This dessert can be stored in the fridge, its texture remains soft.

Kanom Piak Poon (Thai Dessert) Recipe

Ingredients:
- 80 gr rice flour
- 40 gr tapioca flour
- 50 gr palm sugar / coconut sugar
- 85 gr sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 700 ml water
- 1 tsp pandan paste
- 1 tbsp lemon / lime juice

Coconut Milk Gravy:
- 200 ml instant coconut milk
- 200 ml water
- ½ tsp salt
- 20 gr rice flour
- pandan leaf (I don't use it)

Topping: Roasted sesame
