▶ Recipe
1. Put fresh cream on fire and heat until the edges are boiled. Add small chopped dark & ​​milk chocolate and unsalted butter and mix until smooth.
2. Cover the pan with heritage paper, pour the mousse in the pan with the wrap on the bottom, and harden it for 3 ~ 4 hours in the fridge.
3. Remove from the pan, soak knife in hot water, cut into squares using a hot knife, bury the squares in cocoa powder.

17g Unsalted butter
Cocoa powder
