OVERVIEW:
1. Pre-rinse
2. Heat cleaning water to 150°F (66°C)
3. Brewery wash cleaner recirculation (20-30 mins)
4. Drain system
5. Water rinse -180°F (82°C) / 10 mins
6. Polish external surfaces (outside only)
7. Disassemble and dry
