It’s been such a long time since we’ve made a full day of filming trains trackside on the BNSF but we’re glad to make it back. We return to the BNSF in Downers Grove, IL in Belmont station with Metra Dominator Railfan, Carlos Wojtasiak (4014 The Boss Steam Locomotive Productions), and Branson Jones. The weather was gorgeous outside and we certainly had a good time seeing the rail action. The rail traffic began immediately when our cameras were ready to roll. In fact, the traffic remained consistently busy as there were a few points throughout the day that we barely ever took a break other than for lunch. Overall, we were very pleased to come home with over 40+ trains on camera especially in the beautiful weather conditions.
