◇Tools
Bowl
Parchment paper
Pan

◇Ingredients
--Skin
1/2 bread flour
1/2 cake flour
A pinch of salt
70 ml of hot water
--Soup
200 ml of hot water
4 tsp of chicken stock powder
5 g gelatin powder
--Filing
200 g of ground pork
1/2 onion, minced
1/2 green onion, minced
1 tbs of soy sauce
1 tbs of mirin
1 tbs of sake
1 tsp of Oyster sauce
1 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of grated ginger
Some salt and pepper

◇Instructions
--Skin
1. Put all the ingredients for skin in a bowl and combine them together until it become a ball.
2. Cover it with plastic wrap and rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
--Soup
1. Put all the ingredients for soup in a bowl and melt them together. Cool it slightly and leave in the fridge for more than 30 minutes to set.
--Filling
1. Put all the ingredients for filling and mix well. Once it's mixed well, add the soup gelatin .
2. If you're not going to make dumplings right away, put the filling in the fridge to prevent the gelatin from melting.
--Finishing touches
1. Divide the dough into 36 pieces (1 piece is about 4 g) and roll.
2. On a floured surface, place 1 and press it with your palm. Roll it with a floured rolling pin. The same for the rest.
3. Put about 1 tsp ( about 15 g) of the filling on a dumpling skin and seal the edges. Repeat this step for the rest of the dumplings.
4. Place 3 on a parchment lined pan. Pour 120 ml of water into the same pan. Put the lid on and steam them for 3 minutes on low heat.
