This is the First episode of the Corvette C8 2020 Saga that was modified last year (see this short with some details:    • 750+ WHP Twin Turbo C8 Corvette | Fue...   and this very complete video with me and Tiago Kfouri talking about the car:    • Twin Turbo C8 Corvette - FuelTech's P...  ) and is now receiving the long-awaited upgraded clutch to be able to hold more power!!

The engine already has all the upgrades like forged connecting rods and pistons, twin Garrett G35-900 turbochargers (mirrored to be symmetrical!), Intake manifold with 8 injectors for methanol and of course a FuelTech FT600 ECU to control together with the OEM ECU this 6.2-liter Chevrolet V8 LT2 engine and the Tremec TR-9080 DCT double clutch gearbox that’s new for everyone!

The stock dual clutch can’t hold more than 700hp, the car had 495hp stock and we’re looking forward to seeing how a lot more hp from the upgraded clutch made by New Zealand’s Dodson Motorsports! But for that it is necessary to remove the entire engine and transmission in a job that only two friends of faith could help, Marcelo Pires and Yuri Farias, with the assistance of Artur Pires and me hindering more than helping!
