Back in the old days you had to dry and preserve your meats to last until you got some more. Having meat was a luxury back then. This is a simple marinade and dried steak method that's a good snack on the road, in the duck blind, or in the deer stand. We used our Favorite marinade, Wilsonshire Craft Worcestershire Sauce, along with some extra pepper and our Signature Texas Beef BBQ Rub. This Method took about 7 hours at 140 so we used some cure to make sure it was safe. I loved it and I know you will too.
